Welcome to the Oaklands PAC Hot Lunches ordering website for 2024/2024

Please note: ordering will become available once classes have been confirmed for students. 

We use this website for Fun Lunch Fridays, special events, fundraisers, and grade 5 grad wear. 

 If you've ordered from here in the past, all the information has been deleted.  All families must register a new account each school year.

Our school code is OHL.

How to set up your Oaklands HotLunches.net account for the school year:

• Click on "Click Here to Register"

• Enter Access Code: OHL

• Complete the rest of the registration form. Please include your email address.

• Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom to create your parent account.

• Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Oaklands Elementary to your account

• Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

• Proceed to order lunch for your child(ren)

You can order one lunch at a time or order multiple scheduled lunches at once. Order for each Fun Friday Lunches must be completed one week prior.

FAQs

1. How does my child get their lunch on Fun Lunch Friday? Panago delivers to the school in time for lunch. Each lunch is individually labeled by child and division, and parent volunteers do an amazing job of distributing them to classrooms for children to enjoy after lunch recess.

2. Are there gluten-free or dairy options? Yes, Panago offers dairy and gluten free pizza option. Please reach out if you would like to discuss a dairy or gluten free option. This year we'd like to include toppings for these options.

3. My child will not be at school on the upcoming Fun Lunch Friday but I already ordered and paid. Can I cancel the order and get a refund?  Sorry, we are unable to make changes or process refunds, but we really appreciate you letting us know. 
   

4. My child was away on Fun Lunch Friday, could I please get a refund? Sorry, we are unable to provide refunds, but please consider it a donation. No lunches go to waste at the school.

5. Can I order and pay for each lunch separately, or just choose some of the dates? Yes. You can place orders anytime, but don't need to finalize and pay for the lunches until a week before the lunch date.

We want Fun Lunch Friday to be accessible to any student who wants it. No student will be denied participation due to inability to pay. Please contact Oaklands Principal or email the PAC. Your privacy will be respected.
